Cegereal has signed a \u20ac525 million credit agreement with a pool of European banks in order to refinance an existing \u20ac405 million loan maturing in August 2017 and to finance growth transactions.<\/p>\n

Taking full advantage of favorable market conditions, Cegereal has negotiated a very competitive interest rate of 1.35%, for a debt ratio of 55%, reducing its finance costs by 45%. The loan has a maturity of five years, with the possibility to extend it for a further two years.<\/p>\n

Aareal and Natixis acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers.
\u201cThrough this major deal, we have reduced the weight of our financial expenses and now have more headroom to carry out our growth projects\u201d <\/em>said Rapha\u00ebl Tr\u00e9guier, CEO of Cegereal.<\/p>\n
