text-align: right;\">8,7%<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px; text-align: right;\">&#8211; 1,2pts<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une commercialisation dynamique sur la p\u00e9riode a conduit au maintien des revenus locatifs \u00e0 26.millions d\u2019euros au 30 juin 2018 et, conjugu\u00e9e \u00e0 un <em>asset management<\/em> actif, a permis une augmentation de la valeur du patrimoine de +2,7% \u00e0 1&nbsp;174 millions d\u2019euros (hors droits).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le r\u00e9sultat net EPRA de Cegereal s\u2019inscrit \u00e0 14,7.millions d\u2019euros au 30 juin 2018, contre 14,9 millions \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un patrimoine de haut standing, toujours plus attractif<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cegereal est particuli\u00e8rement attentive \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation de ses immeubles, et cherche \u00e0 proposer \u00e0 ses locataires une qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00e9lev\u00e9e, gage de bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au cours du 1er semestre 2018, un important travail d\u2019asset management a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 au sein de la tour Europlaza pour finaliser avant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 la r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te des \u00e9tages les plus hauts, ainsi que des parties communes (auditorium, salle de fitness et foyer).
