Jérôme Anselme is Chief Executive Officer at Vitura and Senior Managing Director in charge of investments in Europe at Northwood Investors. Jérôme Anselme is a widely-recognized real estate expert. Since taking the reins at Vitura in 2015, he has led the acquisition of iconic new properties. He previously worked at Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, then at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.
Jérôme is passionate about travel, which he defines as the luxury of free time. He is also a big fan of basketball, and has been playing with the same group of friends for the past twenty years. Having worked in the banking industry, Jérôme appreciates how real estate ties in with the real economy. He enjoys juggling complex financial matters with more practical issues such as building management and tenant relations, and has a strong sense of priorities.
Sophie Kramer is Asset Manager at Vitura and Senior Vice President at Northwood Investors. She is a highly respected Asset Manager. Sophie previously served as a Senior Director at TIAA-CREF/Nuveen, as well as Fund and Asset manager, first at Rockspring PIM/Patrizia and then at AIG Global Real Estate Investment.
Always ready to train young teams, Sof (as she is more commonly known) never tires of sharing the tricks of the trade with others. She fell in love with real estate during her time at Essec Business School, where one particularly inspiring lecturer piqued her interest in this highly demanding and all- encompassing sector.
Olivier Marguin is Head of Asset Management at Vitura and Managing Director at Northwood Investors since 2016. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Beacon Capital Partners, where he was head of asset management for the French portfolio for eight years. Olivier also held several roles in brokerage at Insignia Bourdais in Paris.
Often on the road, Olivier is Vitura’s “man on the ground”. As well as his passion for real estate, Olivier is known for enjoying the finer things in life and appreciates quality products and skilled craftsmanship. His favorite monument is the Chrysler Building in New York, an architectural symbol at the crossroads of the centuries.
Charlotte de Laroche is Financial Manager in charge of managing the Group’s financial, tax and legal affairs. Before joining Vitura, Charlotte worked as a Financial Auditor at PwC France, where she developed her expertise in real estate.
Organized, curious and passionate, Charlotte is known for her infectious, solution-oriented enthusiasm. She always seeks the right balance between performance and wellbeing, whether when practicing her favorite sports – yoga and boxing – or in her day-to-day at Vitura.
Our Board members have been carefully brought together for their breadth of experience and deep understanding of the issues facing the industry today. Their main objective is to ensure Vitura leads by example through exemplary corporate governance. They consistently challenge us to innovate and push the envelope.
